Lifesign.io provides download code packages that allow you to view and store your Purple Star Astrology chart as a PDF file with complete content.

Refund Policy
All transactions for purchasing Purple Star Astrology chart download codes are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- Technical errors from the system that prevent service delivery.
- For single code purchases: Refunds only apply if the code has not been used to successfully download a PDF file.
- For 5-code packages: Refunds only apply if none of the codes have been used to successfully download PDF files.
To request a refund, please contact us via the email provided on the website, including your transaction information.
Additional Information
- Each download code can only be used once.
- Download codes cannot be transferred to others after purchase.
- Prices may change without prior notice. However, codes already purchased will retain their original value and published expiration date.
- We do not store your payment information on our system.
